One of the most common problems that gets in the way of network marketing success is dealing with doubt.  I know because I’ve been down that road of doubt myself, and ran.

I remembered a blurb I seen on TV last year about a private all-girls college in St. Paul that charges $23,000 a year. That doesn’t include books.

The women can hope for a job between $40,000 to $50,000 a year upon graduation. The average being around $40,000 a year to start.

I think you know where I’m going with this. If an entrepreneur truly wants to be successful, they will first set their mindset that their will be ongoing education, work, and persistent consistency in order to achieve success.

I Need What For Network Marketing Success?!

When we first start out in our home-based businesses, we hear about how a person MUST change from within first. We hear how we will be challenged beyond anything that we may have ever done in the past.

We hear how there will be days in which we question if we are truly capable of following through and doing all that is necessary.

We question whether or not we can successfully compete with the thousands of others on the the same industry. Many who seem to be easily making it happen.

We question if we have what it takes. We have days of emotion in which we may become depressed or over-whelmed by all that needs to be done.

We feel like we are doing allot of work, spinning our wheels, and not getting the results we wanted.

We see others having allot of success and may feel that they are some kind of unique person that has qualities that we do not possess and therefor may never get to $50,000 a month but we would be happy with $10,000 a month.

We are programmed since an early age to accept a certain map of life that has been laid out for us by the many institutions we have been apart of in our early life.

Mindset Corrections Bring Massive Change

When we begin to learn how to truly become successful entrepreneurs, we are making a stand to become independent of most everything that we have been programmed to accept all our lives.

Becoming an entrepreneur is truly a call to independence. We are taking a stand to take back our lives and not rely on outside forces that we have no control over.

We are being held accountable for ourselves and have no one to blame for our success or failures but ourselves.

This is all very over-whelming. To fail at such a daunting task is a frightening proposition.

We are called to step outside of ourselves, and to essentially reprogram our minds. Don’t ever think this is an easy over-night task.

It requires us to really make a decision, and then follow through. And it is work. The rewards are worth every ounce of it.

A Real Decision For Network Marketing Success Manifests Bluntly

I remember the day I made the decision. Not just a thought, but a decision that came from within.

I knew that this was going to take allot out of me. It was going to require a total shift in my way of thinking and how I do things related to business.

I knew it was going to be over-whelming. So I sat down with my family, and told them about the decision I had made.

It was emotional. I’m not talking tears, but rather a sense of a “no turning back, failure not an option”.

My family and friends all had a sense that I was about to do something that was going to really change me as a person as well as require me to dig deep.

It was time to pull out all that was within me, and that which wasn’t there, I had to fill by learning the knowledge that I was lacking.

Despite What You May Have Heard…

Most people out there today that are trying to make extra money online or offline, make a shift in their lives and make a stay at home incomes are never told how much it requires of them.

It is more than just buying a system or buying leads and wishing for the best. It truly takes a change from within. A commitment that is internal, not external.

So how does a person make this change from within? It starts with a real internal decision. I’m not talking about meaningless words or thoughts.

Trust me, when you make the decision from within, you will know it. You will have a sense of freedom.

You will also realize that there is a mountain before you that you must climb. And you will know that no matter what, you are going to get the knowledge.

You’ll do what it takes to get the training, and tools that would be required of you to succeed at making it to the summit of that mountain.

Anything less, would smash your dreams of succeeding in making it to the summit. And knowing this as you make your decision, you will find that things from within come to the surface.

Fact Is….

It happens as you go down the path. It doesn’t happen like a bolt of lighting hitting. You just hunker down, and begin, and never give up.

As you begin to implement the mechanics of online marketing, those changes from within begin to take place, personal development takes place.

You give of yourself to others that are on the same path as much as you can. And when it seems like you just keep giving and giving and not getting much return, you make some tweaks, and keep giving.

And guess what happens, things begin to “pop”. It may happen in 90 days, month six or seven, or longer. It is a rare occasion where a person gets a great income over-night.

Yes, we have all read the stories of people who make boat loads of cash in 30 days or less. These people likely already learned the knowledge of what is takes to get to that kind of income so quickly. But it is not the norm.

The ladies at that private college in St. Paul are willing to pay $23,000 a year and give four years of their lives, and start out at around $40,000 a year, with a debt of nearly 100k right out of the gate.

How can anyone wanting to become an entrepreneur and learn how to make six figures a year feel badly over spending what equates to a fraction of that college tuition in order to get there?

How can anyone complain or give up if it takes 6 months to a year, or even longer for success in network marketing? It’s all about mindset. Change your mindset, take action, take action. And then take more action.

Most Important Of All

Until I changed my mindset, I fussed over spending too much money on tools and courses to learn how to make it in this wonderful industry which offers anyone with motivation, commitment, desire, and a work ethic success and independence that is hard pressed to be found doing anything else in life.

The return on investment for tools and training which truly is minimal compared to the potential outcome is really a no-brainer. I personally began on a shoe string budget so I started out doing what I could.

I made sacrifices by cutting back on spending and used the funds to buy knowledge and implement tools. As I made money, I bought more tools, and more knowledge.

There will be struggles, there will days when you will question if you have what it takes. There will be times when you will have a “mental block” and are frustrated as can be.

It is just the old programming in your mind trying to push its way back in. On those days, step away from your work for a little while, maybe even a whole day or two, and spend time with friends or family.

Go for a walk. Go to the lake. Read a chapter in an inspirational book. Especially one that is related to the industry that addresses the challenges that everyone of us goes through.

Then come back refreshed, enlightened, and get back to work. Continue to always move forward. You WILL get to the summit.
